If you opt into Orisent’s Subscription Services, you get access to our smartphone app, SMS notifications, and the Web-Based User Portal.

The portal is a dedicated cloud-based platform which can be accessed by one or more of your nominated System Admin Managers (SAMs).

Features Saving You Time

Whether you’re the end user, or provide specialist services to your clients, you can use the portal to make decisions about your system using real-time information.

On the summary page you can see a snapshot of the system: number of events, testing history, control panel status, enabled devices, number of smartphone app users, and which customisations and subscriptions have been activated.

You can save time with proactive email and SMS alerts regarding connectivity and power, view telemetry graphs for troubleshooting, and manage smartphone app users including permissions and notification settings.

System Management

Devices: once you’ve positioned a device, click on it to rename it with a clear vertical and geographic location. Disable them if not being used for some time. View power and connectivity status, and other details such as serial number.

Integrations: set up integrations with 3rd party systems such as SafetyCulture, Irongate Solutions, and HammerTech. Learn more about what we integrate with here. Contact us regarding your specific integration requirements.

Telemetry: use this graph to understand how all the devices of your system are forming a wireless network. Identify devices that are integral to the system’s network infrastructure. Monitor the graph for network weaknesses and connectivity issues.

Email Notifications: set up emails for multiple SAMs for when the control panel loses internet connection to Orisent’s cloud server, a device loses connection to the system, or a device has a low power reading.

Reporting: run a report on devices, events, or users. Select a specific date range or download a daily report.

Settings, Contact Details, Delivery: review information useful to your system’s set up and primary contact.

Smartphone App User Management

Create: quickly create users individually or in bulk. Edit permissions or delete when no longer on site. Reset passwords.

Permissions: opt users in or out of specific system management permissions such as starting or ending evacuations, renaming devices, responding to alerts.

Location: view the location of users in real time (note site geofencing and individual user location services must be activated).

Event Management

Evacuations: trigger and end evacuations on site (note this feature must be activated by Orisent customer service).

Getting Access

All portal users must first nominate as System Admin Manager (SAM). Once registered, your login offers access to every site you have permission to manage.
